Who Qualifies?
Eligibility for ADU apartment homes is based on program requirements set by the District of Columbia.
- Household income must fall within program limits at 80%, 100%, or 120% of Median Family Income (MFI)
- Eligibility is based on household size and total income
- Must complete an IZ orientation and registration prior to applying
